This is our first post, and I would like to discuss how different competencies are making our environment change fast, since our team-mates have abilities that difers from ours and we are pushed to grow and learn faster than ever.
I really believe this is the great vallue brought by multidisciplinary teams on the context of a Learning Organizations (as Peter Senge said). But how does it happen???
